For over 33 years, Steve Dodds has proven his expertise and professionalism in the real estate and shopping center industries. He has represented leading retailers throughout the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, and Guam.

Steve’s comprehensive real estate experience includes strategic planning, market research and analysis, budgeting, leasing, disposition, store planning and construction, lease negotiations, facilities management, and lease administration.

Steve has extensive knowledge of all retail venues, including malls, lifestyle centers, strip centers, outlet centers, and street-front retail in both urban and suburban settings. He has excellent relationships with both mall and non-mall developers, as well as his retail counterparts.

Before founding Pointwise Real Estate Group, Steve headed the real estate departments of KB Toys and The Bombay Company, and held key real estate positions with Gap Inc. and Zales Corporation.
